We only use eco-friendly*, bio-degradable, hypoallergenic cleaners. We are very selective about what we use in clients' homes due to the range of diverse clients' health needs.  Your home will smell fresh and clean because of our high-quality cleaning every time.

*The exception is sanitation cleaning, only chemical cleaners are used first followed by an eco-friendly cleaning to remove the residue left behind.

Yes, we certainly do! it's much easier to have our tools with us to handle all types of cleaning needs, instead of asking for a tool that clients may not have on hand. We take the time to maintain our equipment better than most homeowners. This ensures we keep to our cleaning schedule time without issues with using other clients' products.

Do and don't:

Keeping the home tidy - a little clutter is ok, about 20 items or less on surfaces. Having too much on a surface limits our cleaning ability.

Due to our blocked cleaning schedule, special requests for a non-regular item to be done must be booked in advance to accommodate.  Requesting when cleaners arrive could be refused due to time constraints. Some items such as oven cleaning require pre-prepping ahead of the cleaner's arrival. 

We are trained to work around clients due to their medical condition. We find clients who do not let us do our job tend to disrupt our timely manner cleaning habits that keep our quality cleaning at its finest, if this is an issue then we are not the cleaners for you.

Clients Micromangering cleaners-  Our cleaners are highly trained in detail cleaning. We do a unique cleaning routine to ensure your home is done efficiently. 

There are many ways to pay we try to accommodate Cleint's preference. Payment is only required after the cleaning job is done. 

You can request a meet and greet, which is a free home visit to discuss cleaning needs in detail. We may not be for everyone and every client may not be right for us. 

Must be booked in advance, You can call, text or even email any time. Confirmation takes up to 1 business day. You may set up a routine cleaning cycle.  Deep cleans are by special request and must be booked well in advance.

Our goal is to keep a low impact in our world from in in-home office to the job site. This means our overhead is low, and our cleaning products are cheaper. Even our waste output is low too.

So a low impact means our prices are very reasonable for families and individuals who want to have cleaners come in for a regular cleaning even if it's just once a month.
